Employment-Based Green Cards
EB-1A - Foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or sports.
EB-1B - Foreign national professors and researchers who can demonstrate international recognition of their outstanding achievements in a particular academic field.
EB-1C - Foreign nationals who qualify as multinational managers and/or executives.
EB-2 - Foreign nationals who possess an advanced degree or exceptional ability.
EB-2/NIW - Foreign nationals who possess an advanced degree or exceptional ability who can demonstrate that: their proposed endeavor in the U.S. has both substantial merit and national importance; they are well positioned to advance the proposed endeavor; and it would be beneficial to the U.S. to waive the normal job offer requirements.
EB-3 - Foreign nationals who are skilled workers, professionals, or other types of workers to enter into the U.S. to obtain permanent residency.
EB-4 - Foreign nationals with specific classifications such as religious workers, special immigrant juveniles, and more.
EB-5 - Foreign nationals who make a qualifying investment of at least $1.8 million in a new commercial enterprise or $900,000 in a targeted employment area and whose investment will create at least ten (10) full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
