YA_Final.jpg

Born and raised in Japan, Yoshiko Lents came to the United States as a foreign student in 1991 and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Broadcasting, Sales and Management. Furthering her education and professional perspective, she also later obtained a paralegal certificate. Yoshiko began working as an immigration paralegal in 2002. During the tenure of her professional career, Yoshiko has assisted with a wide variety of immigration cases including employment-based, family-based green cards, work visas (H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1A/O-1B, E, TN, and R-1), student/exchange visitor visas, I-360 VAWA, I-601 waivers, investors visas, and more.

Using her own immigration experience and first-hand understanding of how important it is for foreign nationals and their families to secure immigration status in the United States, Yoshiko takes great pride in helping them achieve their most critical goals. Yoshiko finds this line of work not only incredibly important, but extraordinarily rewarding as well.
