Danielle is an employment-based immigration attorney experienced in counseling large, global corporate clients on various nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. She develops, implements, and manages NIV and IV case strategies including researching for and preparing H-1B, individual and Blanket L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, MNM, and NIW petitions, PERM labor certification, and AOS applications along with any subsequent RFEs. She also participates in pro bono initiatives including naturalization and AOS clinics.
